Back to Back Night Watches, Part 1.

"Back to Back" by W. W. Jacobs is a funny short story about an everyday man named Mr. Scutts who sees a chance to get money from a train company after a small accident. He pretends to be badly hurt so he can get compensation, involving his wife, Mrs. Scutts, and neighbor, Mr. Flynn, in his plan. Things get mixed up when Mr. Flynn has to pretend to be Mr. Scutts for the doctor, which leads to lots of silly misunderstandings and funny conversations.
