Summary

"Hunt the Hunter" by Kris Neville is a science fiction story that looks at humanity's dangerous ambition when interacting with alien life. Set in a time far from now, rich people hunt alien creatures for fun, dangerously ignoring moral limits. The main story follows Extrone, a rich hunter wanting to capture a farn beast. He hires Ri and Mia, local guides who are scared of Extrone's cruel behavior. As they move through thick forests, Extrone plans to use Ri as live bait, showing how heartless he is. The story looks at survival, what is right and wrong, and how it affects everyone when nature and people are used for sport. As the story ends, it asks hard questions about what it truly means to be human, and the cost of hunting.
