Summary

"I'll Dream of You" by Henry Farrell is a fantasy story about Marc Pillsworth, a man whose dream girl, Toffee, magically appears in his real life. The book looks at themes like love, what's real versus what's not, and how tricky relationships can be. Marc, busy with his advertising job, has a strong dream about Toffee, who is lively and doesn't worry much. Then, he can't believe it when Toffee becomes real and wants to help him escape his boring life. They go on funny and wild adventures that show how hard it is for Marc to deal with his feelings for his secretary, Julie. Even though Toffee makes things exciting, in the end, she shows Marc important things about love and being happy. This leads to a sad goodbye as she goes back to the dream world, letting Marc grab hold of what's real and try for a true relationship with Julie.
