Summary

"No Time for Toffee!" by Henry Farrell is a science fiction story set in a fast-paced world where Marc Pillsworth is thrust into a dangerous situation: he's shot while about to expose a government plot, possibly dying as a result. Before things get too grim, we are introduced to the antics of George, Marc's ghostly double, who is being scolded by the High Council. As Marc fights for survival, he is accompanied by an eccentric and spirited character named Toffee, who may or may not be a product of his imagination. Together, Marc, Toffee, and George find themselves pursued by rogue government agents, caught in a web of threats and humorous escapades that test the limits of reality.
