Time In the Round

"Time In the Round" by Fritz Leiber is a science fiction story that takes place in a future where real violence is gone, replaced by safe simulations, and introduces us to Butcher, a curious young boy bored with his peaceful world and longing for real excitement. Eager for adventure, Butcher sneaks into the Time Theater to witness the past through a "Time Bubble".
