That scholarship boy

"That Scholarship Boy" by Emma Leslie is a story about a boy named Horace Howard and his struggles to be accepted by his classmates at Torrington's school. He is a scholarship boy from a board school and deals with bullying and social class tension at the hands of boys like Leonard Morrison, who at first treats him poorly because of the expectations of his peers.
