Summary

"Sail Ho! A Boy at Sea" by George Manville Fenn is a story about a seventeen-year-old named Alison Dale, who starts his first sea journey on the ship Burgh Castle. Alison finds courage and friendship as he deals with conflicts that start on the voyage with the crew and passengers. Right as Alison is about to set sail, he meets shipmate Nicholas Walters, and a crew led by a mean captain. It is a tense time, like when an accident happens while rigging. All of that leads to a plan for a mutiny led by the troublemaker Jarette. Alison is excited for adventure, but also unsure of what will happen at sea. Get ready for exciting stories, because Alison will be tested during his adventure.
