Stories of a Governess

"Stories of a Governess" by Annie Fisler, is a tale set in the 1800's about a Miss Lane and her time as a governess for children that have recently lost their mother. The children, Lillie, Frank, and Rosie are each going through their own struggles and long for guidance in their formative years. Her approach and resolve is to nurture and instill much needed discipline in the children as they live with their father. The story conveys her mission to guide her young students through emotional depth with moral lessons and undertones.
