Summary

** A Son of the Immortals by Louis Tracy is an adventure novel set in the early 1900s, following Alec Delgrado's world when it flips upside down. The story starts smoothly in Paris, where Joan Vernon, a spirited artist, meets Alec, a charming man with a hidden past. Their connection grows strong, but everything changes when Alec learns he's actually a prince from Kosnovia, a land thrown into chaos. The old king is dead, and the people want Alec to take the throne. Suddenly, Alec faces a tough choice: continue a life of personal desires or embrace his duty and become the king his country desperately needs. What follows is a thrilling escape to Kosnovia, where Alec must navigate treacherous politics, figure out who to trust, and decide what kind of ruler he wants to be as he struggles to balance his heart’s desires with the weight of a kingdom. **
