The Motor Boys on the Atlantic; or, The Mystery of the Lighthouse

"The Motor Boys on the Atlantic; or, The Mystery of the Lighthouse" by Clarence Young is an adventure tale about three young friends, Jerry, Bob, and Ned, which takes place during their exciting summer of sailing. The friends embark on a journey up the Atlantic coast, but their fun soon becomes filled with mystery when they come across a strange lighthouse and a high-speed whale chase. From the beginning, the boys' eagerness to take their motor boat on their adventure is evident, but suddenly they find themselves involved in the chaos of a train crash near their town. Their bravery leads them to an old man who asks for their help in finding Jess.
