The Allis Family; or, Scenes of Western Life

"The Allis Family; or, Scenes of Western Life" by Velda Allis Eddy is a story about an American family trying to make a life for themselves in the old West. The book follows Mr. and Mrs. Allis and their daughters, Annie and Susie, as they work hard to build a farm on the prairie. They have to deal with all sorts of tough times, like bad weather, getting sick, and the danger of fires.
