"Forever We Die!" by Stephen Marlowe is a science fiction story about Phil Rhodes, an Earthman studying aliens who gets stuck on the creepy planet Kedak. The nasty Kedaki mess with his head as he tries to figure out why he's locked up. The story is all about staying alive, facing your fears, what makes you who you are, and how wild the Kedaki view of death and rebirth is. Right from the start, the book paints a grim picture of Rhodes' prison and the mind games they play. He's stuck thinking about whether he'll live or die and trying to understand why these aliens believe what they do. The tension is high, and Rhodes knows he's in deep trouble, so he tries to keep it together. As the story goes on, it becomes more about politics and what it all means, especially with the planet facing a huge disaster that will change everything for everyone.
