Worthy of his name

"Worthy of His Name" by Eglanton Thorne is a heartrending tale of a young boy named Gus Rew and his father, Augustus Carruthers, who was previously a respected gentleman but is now struggling with the consequences of choices and battling addiction. Living in the run-down Lavender Terrace, they face poverty and social stigmas; Gus is determined to embody the characteristics of a true gentleman, even when others mock him because of their circumstances. Their interactions lay a foundation, in which they navigate issues of lineage, fight individual battles, and hold onto the possibility of a brighter future.
