The Women of Tomorrow

"The Women of Tomorrow" by William Hard is a series of essays examining how women's roles were changing in the early 1900s, especially when it came to jobs, school, marriage, and being a mom. It looks at how getting married later in life and having more chances to go to school were changing women's place in the world and at home. At the start of the story, two characters named Mary and John show how love and marriage were getting complicated because of money and new rules in society.
