"The Forest of Mystery" by James H. Foster is an adventure book about two young boys, Bob Holton and Joe Lewis, whose lives are changed forever after saving a man named Pong Lee. Pong Lee gives them good luck rings but these rings draw them into a world of danger where they learn of people that wish to take the rings from them. The boys find themselves in Chinatown, with new friendships and new experiences as they try to keep the rings safe and solve the mystery that surrounds them.
