Summary

"The Girls from Fieu Dayol" by Robert F. Young is a science fiction story about Herbert Quidley, a writer looking for love, who stumbles upon secret messages in a dusty old book. His search leads him to the intriguing Kay Smith and a mystery far bigger than he imagined. As Quidley follows Kay's trail of clues, he learns she's from a faraway planet called Fieu Dayol. It turns out that Fieu Dayol has a problem: there are not enough men. Kay and her friends are on Earth to find husbands! Quidley gets pulled deeper into Kay's world, where he must come face to face to the traditions of another world and make big decisions about relationships and where his heart truly is.
