"The Prince of Space" By Jack Williamson is a science fiction story that takes place in 2131, where a reporter named William Windsor is in search of answers about the "Helicon", a ship that was discovered with the crew and passengers brutally murdered. "The Prince of Space," an infamous cosmic criminal, is believed to be behind the dastardly deed. Windsor's investigation starts in New York, where he eventually come across the mysterious Mr. Cain, who proposes a chance to unveil the secrets held within Trainor's Tower's astronomical observatory. Slowly, Windsor uncovers signs pointing to a Martian invasion, setting the scene for a war between humans and beings from Mars.
