Summary

"The Radio Beasts" by Ralph Milne Farley is a science fiction tale that centers on Myles Standish Cabot, a brilliant radio inventor who has already traveled to Venus and now finds new dangers emerging on Earth and jeopardizing the world he helped build. As the story begins, our narrator stumbles upon a strange news report regarding a disruption at General Electric, which makes him think of his long-lost friend, Myles Cabot. Following this, the narrator and Cabot, meet again in a surprising turn of events, and Cabot confirms that his adventures on Venus really happened. Trouble is brewing, and the peace that Cabot fought so hard to win is teetering on the edge of war once more. Many characters are left fearing their destinies, which makes one wonder about Cabot's relationships, what happened on Venus, and the political problems that are beginning to take hold.
