"The Blue Veil; or, Nick Carter’s Torn Trail" is a thrilling detective story about the famous Nick Carter who gets caught up in a dangerous case around a wedding. After talking with Mr. Langham about a criminal named David Margate on the loose, Carter soon finds himself in the middle of a tricky situation. The joyful vibe of Clara Langham's wedding quickly turns dark when she and her groom, Chester Clayton, vanish right after saying "I do". Carter figures out that the sneaky Margate is probably behind the kidnapping, making him rush against the clock to solve the mystery, save Clara, and try to outsmart Margate's clever and risky plans.
