Summary

"The Woman in the Bazaar" by Alice Perrin is a story about a vicar's daughter named Rafella Forte and how a former military captain throws her quiet life upside down. Alice Perrin or Alice Robinson was a British novelist who wrote about the British in colonial India. She became successful after the publication of her short ghost story collection East of Suez.
