"The Adventures of a Bear, and a Great Bear Too" by Alfred Elwes, tells the story of Bruin, a bear whose short fuse leads him into a series of comical misadventures as he journeys away from his family. Bruin's life in a cave with his family is marked by chaos, doing very little to deal with his bad temper. His unruly behavior eventually pushes him to leave, setting him on a path of exploration, encounters with other animals, and, hopefully, learning about behavior and managing his temper.
