The judging of the priestess

"The Judging of the Priestess" by Nelson S. Bond is a science fiction story that takes place in the far future and centers on Meg, a priestess from a society ruled by women, and Daiv, a man she brings home from another tribe after visiting a sacred place. Meg has to choose between her love for Daiv and her responsibilities to her clan, all while trying to bridge the gap in their beliefs. The book comes to a head with battles and surprising personal discoveries, paving the path for a society that is more equal between men and women, which is extremely different from the oppressive, female-led society Meg has always known, showcasing how society can change and how unity can occur despite gender differences.
