Summary

"The Hive" by Will Levington Comfort is a thought-provoking exploration of how kids grow, spirituality, and a search for a better world, called the "New Race". The book looks closely at how important it is to feed kids' imaginations and spirits, suggesting that parents and teachers play a big part in shaping the future. Starting off, the author shares their idea of changing how we teach and parent, saying adults need to grow along with children. Comfort tells stories and shares thoughts about kids and their special ways of seeing things, especially before they turn seven. He says that how adults used to act and teach often causes problems and stops kids from being creative. Instead, he suggests gently helping kids use their imaginations, which he thinks is super important for making a happy and smart future society.
