"Utopia? Never!" by Thomas M. Disch is a science fiction story that offers a glimpse into New Katanga, a world advertised as a utopia free from the problems of hunger and crime, but the story soon shows that nothing is as good as it seems. The story presents a visitor who tours this idealistic location but feels that things are too good to be true.
