"Something New" by P. G. Wodehouse is a funny story that takes place in London long ago, about an American writer named Ashe Marson who isn't happy with his simple life and wants something exciting to happen. One spring morning, while doing his silly exercises, he meets a girl named Joan Valentine, who laughs at him, but they end up talking. Joan tells Ashe that he should go find new adventures instead of just being bored. This meeting changes Ashe's life as he starts looking for something more, showing us a story of wanting better things, finding yourself, and maybe even finding love.
