Summary

"This World is Ours!" by Emil Petaja is a science fiction story that plunges into the unsettling idea that aliens are secretly controlling us. The story follows Max Field, a science fiction writer who starts to suspect that his strange editor, Wallace Starr, is actually an alien from a species called the Kiriki. Max discovers that these aliens are using sci-fi stories to manipulate people and take over the world. Things get even more complicated Max begins a relationship, because he suspects his new love interest, Alice, may be working with the aliens too. With the help of another writer, Ric Planter, Max comes face-to-face with the Kiriki and uses an insecticide to fight them off. Together they decide to use stories of their own to warn everyone about potential alien takeovers in the future, creating a battle between fiction and reality, with a thrilling blend of fear and fun.
