Summary

"The Violators" by Eando Binder is a science fiction story pondering humanity's relationship with its history and the seductive power of long-lost origins. Set far into the future, the story follows Lem Starglitter Blake, an enthusiastic seeker who has stumbled upon an artifact from the forgotten Earth, now known as "Mother Earth". Driven by a desire for fame, Lem plans to unveil his discovery at a galactic museum, aiming to reshape humanity's understanding of its birthplace. The plot thickens when his presentation takes an unexpected turn, leading to an intense clash with a museum professor determined to suppress the truth about "Mother Earth's" true origins. This confrontation throws established beliefs into chaos and threatens the carefully constructed narrative of the past, leaving readers to contemplate the tension between factual history and mythological understanding.

About the Author
