Summary

"Rosinante to the Road Again" by John Dos Passos is a story about Telemachus and his friend, Lyaeus, journeying through Spain in the early 1900s as they seek purpose in their lives. While sitting at a café in Madrid, the friends consider what it means to exist and discuss poems, and the spirit of Spain. They reminisce about important times, mainly when they were with a dancer called Pastora. Telemachus wants to find one action or movement that will show all that they have seen and experienced in a world that holds both beauty and sadness.
