Glenloch Girls

"Glenloch Girls" by Grace May Remick is a story that shows the lives of young people in a small town, mostly about Ruth Shirley's move to Glenloch. The book is about friendship, growing up, and facing tough times, especially as Ruth gets used to her new life. We meet Ruth as she's getting ready for her dad’s birthday, but she's also worried about their move. Then, her dad says he has to go to Germany for work, which makes Ruth even more sad and unsure. As Ruth starts making friends and dealing with the usual problems of being a teenager, she also relies on the Hamilton family for support, all while trying to stay close to her dad even when he’s far away.
