"The Lunatic at Large" by J. Storer Clouston is a story set in the early 1900's about a young doctor, Dr. Twiddel, who gets a job looking after a rich patient, Mr. Mandell-Essington, who is dealing with mental health issues and maybe suicidal thoughts. Dr. Twiddel is a bit unsure if he should take the job, but his lively friend Welsh tries to talk him into it. As Dr. Twiddel starts his new job, he meets interesting characters along the way, like a patient at an asylum named Mr. Beveridge, and gets into some fun situations when dealing with society's view on mental illness and wealthy people.
