"Index of the Project Gutenberg Works of George Gibbs" by George Gibbs is a collection of his novels and stories that highlight early 20th-century life. Gibbs uses storytelling to look at people, society, and thrills of the time. From the funny satire in "Paradise Garden," a story about a huge experiment, to the suspense of "The Secret Witness," a spy story with historical events, Gibbs covers a lot. Other stories such as "The Vagrant Duke" and "The Forbidden Way," show characters dealing with who they are, love, and right and wrong.
