"Don't Shoot" by Robert Zacks is a science fiction story from 1955 that blends humor and satire to poke fun at the movie industry. A young physicist creates an amazing new optical invention, accidentally getting mixed up with Mr. Eammer, a selfish movie producer. The producer, desperate to revive his struggling studio, tries to exploit the myth of the Abominable Snowman with the physicist's help.
