"From Now On" by Frank L. Packard is a story about Dave Henderson, a man caught up in gambling and horse racing, who finds himself at a crossroads when presented with an opportunity to take a huge sum of money from a rich man named Martin K. Torn between his conscience and the chance to solve all his problems, he begins to think about how to steal the cash and drastically change his future.
