Summary

"Cinders" by W. C. Tuttle is a funny tale from a magazine in 1924 about James Worthington Steele, a big shot in the railroad business, who faces a crazy situation when his fancy train gets delayed. The story shows how silly life can be with fun characters and a funny mess. James is stuck on his train with his wife who wants to play cards, and his daughter Alicia, looking for something fun to do, accidently makes people think there's a robbery. Then, we have Slim Simpson, a cowboy who has a crush on Sadie Thompson and a thief known as Soup who add to the chaos when Slim tries his best to stop the robbery.
