Keineth

"Keineth" by Jane Abbott is a story about a young girl named Keineth Randolph, whose life is disrupted when her caretaker, Tante, leaves to go back to Europe during wartime. Keineth must figure out what to do next as she feels sad and unsure. She can either go live with strict Aunt Josephine or start a new life with the welcoming Lee family. At the beginning, we see Keineth's close bond with her dad and Tante and how much she likes her home in New York. As Tante gets ready to leave, Keineth worries about her life changing and possibly having to live with Aunt Josephine, who doesn't seem to like her very much.
