The Camp Fire Girls; Or, The Secret of an Old Mill

"The Camp Fire Girls; Or, The Secret of an Old Mill" by Howard Roger Garis is a story about four young women named Alice, Mabel, Marie, and Natalie, who join the Camp Fire Girls and begin a summer of growth, friendship, and outdoor adventures. The girls are initiated into the Camp Fire Girls and are excited to embark on the groups adventures. Furthering their quest, they are challenged by male characters to prove themselves with a camping challenge, and find a mysterious fortunetelling Gypsy that leads to the disappearance of a diamond ring from one of their mothers.
