Dark Destiny

"Dark Destiny" by Dwight V. Swain is a science fiction story set on the lawless planet of Ulna, following a blue warrior named Haral as he fights to get out of the destiny that is set for him. Once approached by an old priest, Namboina, Haral is asked to kill a woman named Kyla. Haral is reluctant but then he soon finds himself embroiled in a violent clash with raiders, forcing him to protect Kyla, a virgin priestess. His life then becomes entangled with Xaymar, a powerful goddess, and he must navigate through danger, power struggles, and the defense of Kyla, who is very important in the dangerous conflict that lies ahead.
