"Carry On, Jeeves" by P.G. Wodehouse is a funny book that takes place in England many years ago. The story is about Bertie Wooster, a rich and not-so-smart man, and his very smart helper, Jeeves. They go on many adventures in fancy British society, where they deal with things like social class, being clever, and how silly love and friendships can be, which causes funny problems and situations. At the start of the book, we see how much Bertie depends on Jeeves, who is very smart. The story really gets going when Bertie gets a message from his girlfriend, Florence Craye, asking him to come back to Easeby. As Bertie gets ready to go, he has to think about being engaged and a surprising secret about a book his uncle wrote. The book is funny because of what Bertie thinks and says, especially about his relationship with Jeeves and how Jeeves handles all the crazy things that happen.
