Top o' the World: A Once Upon a Time Tale

"Top o' the World: A Once Upon a Time Tale" by Mark Swan is a whimsical children's story, where a young girl named Maida, feeling trapped by her youth, hears stories about a magical Wishing Post at the North Pole and decides she must find it. Tired of being told to enjoy her childhood, nine-year-old Maida dreams of ice cream and staying up late like the grown-ups. After being inspired by a visiting Arctic Explorer, she leaves on a journey to Santa Claus's land, hoping the magic there will grant her wish, setting off a lighthearted and funny adventure.
