Luther Examined and Reexamined A Review of Catholic Criticism and a Plea for Revaluation

"Luther Examined and Reexamined" by W. H. T. Dau is a strong argument about Martin Luther and his role in the Reformation. The book looks at the criticisms from Catholics and defends Luther’s ideas and who he was as a person. Dau tells us that many Catholic writers were not very nice to Luther, with some being overly critical. Dau believes we need to look at Luther fairly, even though he knows Luther could be a bit controversial. The purpose of the read is to take a closer look at Luther's life and his teachings and to also understand how important he was during a time of major religious disagreements.
