Summary

"Grace Harlowe's Return to Overton Campus" by Josephine Chase, tells the story of Grace Harlowe's return to Overton College, filled with excitement and responsibility. Back at Overton, Grace takes on a major role overseeing Harlowe House, a student residence funded by the generous Mrs. Gray. Joined by her friend J. Elfreda Briggs, Grace looks back on the past as they settle into their new roles, ready to forge new friendships. The story also touches on topics of loyalty and growing as a person while being there for others. As Grace gets ready to welcome new students to Harlowe House, including a new student, Mary Reynolds, seeking a chance to study at Overton, and the well-established experiences of the Eight Originals; their intertwined pasts and the fresh faces create a story of college life through the early 1900's.
