Summary

"Acres of Diamonds" by Russell H. Conwell is a motivational book from the early 1900s that centers on the idea of finding success in your own backyard. The book shares the tale of Ali Hafed, a farmer who sells his land to search for diamonds, only to have diamonds discovered on his former property. Conwell uses this and other stories to show how people often miss the opportunities right in front of them while chasing after distant dreams and convinces readers to value and explore their immediate surroundings for hidden potential and success.
