The Stolen Cruiser

"The Stolen Cruiser" by Percy F. Westerman is an exciting story from the early 1900s. It tells of Lieutenant-Commander Douglas Drake and Sub-Lieutenant Paul Fielding, two officers in the navy, who are pulled into a dangerous situation when the old warship "Impregnable" is kidnapped. Initial scenes introduce the destroyer "Frome" as it carefully moves through fog and showcases Drake's confidence against Fielding’s more reserved approach. When news breaks of the stolen cruiser "Impregnable" and the pirates led by Juan Cervillo, the officers suddenly realize it's no ordinary drill. The officers now face pirates, risky plans, and scary fights in their mission to get back the "Impregnable" and stop Cervillo's evil scheme.
